Therapy is tailored to each individual because every person has their own unique story and context.

Together, we will work on the issues that are most important to you so that you can learn ways to start living life more on your own terms and in accordance with your own values again.

My Approach

Using a values- and mindfulness-based approach, my desire is to help you become more aware of the areas where you are getting stuck, learn ways to get unstuck from difficult thoughts and emotions, help you connect with your values, and also offer practical ways for you to move forward in the direction that is personally meaningful to you.
